Sweepstakes and Contests
for Children: We sometimes offer children the opportunity to enter a
sweepstakes or contest for a prize through online activities. Children 13 years
of age or under who enter the sweepstakes or contest must provide the email
address of his/her parent/legal guardian.
CMTI, Inc. will do all within its ability to contact and secure
permission for the child to participate.
Failure to obtain permission will disqualify the entry. We collect only pertinent personal
information from children entering sweepstakes and contests. Children will not be contacted after
notification of winners and the finalization of the authenticity and acceptance
of winners. All collected will be
removed and CMTI, Inc. will take every precaution to fully discard the

Winners are notified
through messages delivered to their email addresses. Winners under the age of
18 must then obtain parental approval, and parents must sign an Affidavit of
Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release. When necessary to deliver a
prize, delivery information about the winner may be shared with a third party.

address, password, first name and last name. Billing and shipping information
is required to process orders for products and services. Once registered, users may update their
information at any time.
Sweepstakes for Adults: We
sometimes offer the opportunity to enter a sweepstakes for a prize or prizes.
To participate users must be age 18 or older. Winners are selected at random.
They must provide an address so we can send the prize. If a sweepstakes has an
outside sponsor, the E-mail addresses of those who entered may be shared with
the sponsor. Sweepstakes entrants can opt-out of receiving any unsolicited
e-mail from a sponsor. When necessary to deliver a prize, delivery information
about the winner of a sweepstakes may be shared with a third party.
